IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY.Â
I spent 10 years in the restaurant industry and 6 years in real estate (with several jobs in between, including wine sales and brand building)—climbing fast, working hard, and building a name for myself. I was successful. I was respected. I was involved at the state leadership level, sat on several nonprofit executive boards, and networked relentlessly to grow my business. I said yes to every opportunity, accommodated every client request, worked for free (a lot), and gave my time to everyone but myself.
From the outside, it looked like I had it all together.
Inside, I was exhausted—and wondering if this was really what success was supposed to feel like. I was miserable but felt like I had invested so much time, I just needed to find a way to learn to "live with it". Looking back, I was going through some of the darkest times of my life and I did not even realize it, because everyone kept saying "wow, you really have it all".Â
Then came the moment that changed everything. The breaking point. I was in Colorado on vacation when a real estate client texted me asking to “schedule a time to talk that afternoon.” That one message consumed my entire morning and afternoon. My day was gone. My energy was shot. My life didn’t feel like mine. And in that moment, I realized: something had to change.
YOU WOULDN'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED NEXT.Â
THINGS STARTED TO CLICK.Â
Once I gave myself permission to build what I actually wanted, everything changed.
I started creating the systems I wished I had in every business I’d ever tried to grow—the backend frameworks, decision-making models, and daily rhythms that made execution feel clear and clean.
I wasn’t just organizing my time.
I was building infrastructure for the life I wanted.
I documented everything. Tested it. Refined it. I created workflows that allowed me to get more done in fewer hours and finally feel in control again. I stopped looking for motivation and started depending on structure. That’s when my content, my income, and my clarity all took off.
This wasn’t hustle.
It was alignment.
THEN, I CREATED A REPEATABLE PROCESS THAT I NOW TEACH TO OTHERS.Â
That’s how The Systems Academy™ was born—first as a personal framework, then as a signature method, and now as a high-level coaching experience for women ready to simplify, scale, and systemize their way to the top.
At the core of that process? The Archive™—my all-in-one digital headquarters built inside Notion. What started as a personal tool to organize my goals, content, and projects became the foundation of everything I now teach. It’s where strategy meets structure—where clarity lives.
Today, I spend my time building a company that reflects my values: clarity, efficiency, and execution mastery. I coach ambitious women. I collaborate with brands. I speak on stages. And I help founders build businesses that don’t just grow—but run smoothly.
Because once you know how to build a system around your ambition, there’s nothing you can’t do.
